2425-350Salary range : $42,176.04 to $47,189.29 annuallyResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing…Working in a team environment and reporting to the Manager of Student Services, you will : Provide a full range of administrative support services for the Student Services team, with an emphasis on providing superior customer service to students, staff and the public.
Provide best-in-class front-line service delivery, including support for walk-up, telephone, Teams and email inquiries.Work collaboratively with a second Administrative Assistant for Student Services to respond to enrolment-related tasks.
Both Administrative Assistants will provide supportive coverage for all administrative tasks as needed to cover alternating employee leaves.
Support the enrolment functions on the campus level by processing document requests such as enrolment verifications and transcript requests.
Provide administrative support for special events, such as Convocation; Get Started, Open House, and other campus-based events.
QualificationsQualifications and Occupational Experience : The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration combined with a minimum of two years' recent and related experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Occupational experience that includes records management, specifically in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Scheduling Assistant and Teams.
Prior experience with PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology;
