Customer Service Representative

ATS has grown to represent eight world class Architectural brands. These manufacturers’ products can be found in exterior and interior settings within commercial, education, hospitality, medical, and long-term care industries.

Our dedicated and knowledgeable internal and external sales staff located across Canada are committed to delivering the highest level of personalized service to architects, designers, engineers, and distributors.

Whether it’s providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we’re here to help with every step of the way!

As our Customer Service Representative you will :

• Support the team in quoting, discounting and order entry;
• Manage inbound customer requests by phone and email.
• Liaise with product distributors and manufacturers;
• Provide product availability and delivery to customers;
• Coordinate the client’s project success from Purchase order to delivery
• Liaise with carriers and customers to arrange deliveries;
• Completing necessary shipping and export documents;
• Data entry and reporting

As our Customer Service Representative , you must have :

• A college diploma / university degree in Architecture or related field is preferred;
• 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role;
• Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word;
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage several projects;
• Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word;
• Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as a team member;
• Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment;
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization and time management skills;
• Knowledge of Fishbowl Inventory Management or equivalent is considered an asset;
• Exceptional accuracy with superior written abilities including grammar and proof-reading.
• Professional demeanor and trustworthy, in order to deal with confidential information;
• An outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation skills with excellent fluency in English;
• Superior organization and work ethic, with a professional demeanor and appearance;
