Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is currently looking for a Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service / Tech Support Representative (overnight shift) to add to their growing team.
HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY What's in it for you : Work from home and work in the office 2 days per month Work for a leader in its industry Competitive compensation package Fun and rewarding environment Shifts available Monday to Friday 3 : 30pm-12am (midnight) Tuesday to Saturday 3 : 30pm-12am (midnight) Sunday to Thursday 3 : 30pm-12am (midnight) In this role you will be responsible for : Answering client inquiries by phone and email Providing prompt problem resolution to issues that may arise Following up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction Providing technical support to customers when needed Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will possess : Fluently bilingual in both Cantonese / English A minimum of 2 years of call centre experience Some technical support experience is required Superior analytical and problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
