About the Role

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead a talented team of cross-functional experts, fostering their growth and trust, while driving the delivery of top-tier solutions to our valued clients.

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, ensuring that outcomes align with client expectations for both timeliness and quality.

Acting as the central point of contact for client-facing teams, you’ll maintain and uphold standards for project planning, tracking, and documentation.

You will also be pivotal in organizing, monitoring, and controlling all phases of applications development, adhering to SDLC and development standards.

Your role will include scheduling, resource management, and resolving any conflicts across projects to keep delivery on track.

As a strategic, innovative leader, you’ll ensure projects run efficiently, guiding development activities across multiple projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client-facing teams and lead solution center activities to ensure project success (managing and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues and decisions).
  • Collaborate with development teams, systems analysts, lead architects, product managers and project managers to establish technical directions for system design and implementation.
  • Schedule project resources and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple projects.
  • Develop, manage, and track project artifacts, including : Project development schedules, Detailed project plans, Scope statements, Build estimates, Drive continuous improvement in Build Management processes and support the company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, keeping all teams informed and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Location : Based in the Greater Toronto Area (hybrid work flexibility)
  • Experience : 7+ years in IT project management with a focus on technical delivery, ideally in software development environments.
  • Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
  • Methodologies : Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
  • Tools : Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.

Skills :

  • Exceptional communication abilities for executive and project team presentations.
  • Advanced organizational skills for handling multiple complex projects.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Language : Fluent in English; French is a plus.
