Job Role :

Program Oversight & Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization programs, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Set and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, adapting to evolving client needs and delivering strategic value.
  • Project Planning & Resource Allocation

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation, managing teams across different departments to achieve program goals.
  • Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Proactively address any project challenges, ensuring that all risks and issues are documented, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.
