The Marketing coordinator is responsible for helping create and execute marketing plans aimed at driving patient engagement, increasing loyalty, and enhancing brand awareness on time and within budget.
This role includes managing digital channels, planning campaigns, tracking results, and staying abreast of industry trends.
The coordinator will support the Medical Marketing Manager in daily activities and long-term strategy execution within a highly regulated industry. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Liaise within cross functional teams acting as a point of contact, developing ways of working and ensuring efficient communication and consistency.
- Lead the packaging and labeling process, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop marketing materials to support innovation launches and brand communication campaigns.
- Oversee the production submission process to Health Canada for regulatory approval.
- Support the Medical Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities involving agencies and partners.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop and execute sales and marketing tools.
- Accountable for all finance administration requests and execution, while assisting in budget management and tracking budget targets.
- Produce marketing reports and provide actionable insights for campaigns through Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Qualify and present data-driven opportunities in line with business objectives.
- Utilize customer insights and analytics to increase patient retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.
- Organize meetings, record all actions and decisions, and maintain easily accessible meeting minutes and related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
- 1-2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or as a Sales / Marketing Coordinator within the Cannabis, Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage Alcohol, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong analytical skills (interpreting customers needs and translating them into requirements / process improvements)
- Shopper marketing experience is an asset.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset
