CPA Ontariois currently in search of an Email Marketing Specialist  who will contribute to the success and enhancement of our email strategy and serve as a critical part of the digital team. Through understanding user journeys and email analytics you will focus on developing emails that generate high opens and clicks, scheduling and coordinating production, gathering content, obtaining copy approvals and contributing to the overall email marketing strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Assisting with Email Execution by supporting the existing Email Specialist in executing emails, including email calendar management, creative briefings, email creation, reviews, and deployment.

Analyzing email analytics and generate performance reports to share with cross-functional business units and the digital team to enhance email opens and engagements.

Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to effectively build user journeys for email automation.

Supporting Email List Management with list automation and segmentation across business units using audience builder.

Optimizing Email Marketing Process by assisting with the review and optimization of the current email marketing process and increasing the use of email best practices.

Who You Are :

A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or other business discipline.

Skilled in email marketing and have demonstrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and familiarity with journey builder and audience builder and backend optimization. Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an asset.

Experienced with email analytics and able to generate performance reports and insights (using, for example, Litmus) and working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.

Experienced with copywriting, email development and design and able to design frameworks for A / B testing in email.

A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills, which enables you to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts with ease.
