Job Title : Regulatory Client Outreach Analyst

Location :  Toronto, ON (Hybrid work arrangement : 3 days in the office, core day every Wednesday, and 2 flexible days)

Contract Length :  12 months with the possibility of extension

Company Overview :  Our client, an industry leader, is expanding their team and seeking a Regulatory Client Outreach Analyst. With expertise in Dodd-Frank regulations and client onboarding, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and efficient processes.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and FATCA)
• Assist in client onboarding, including KYC / AML processes
• Monitor and analyze changes in rules and regulations
• Support audit processes related to trade confirmations and payments
