Job Overview

AMZ Prep Canada is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to drive exceptional partner and client integration experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seamlessly bringing new clients and partners into our ecosystem, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and value-driven onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client onboarding program
  • Create standardized onboarding workflows for different client segments
  • Design and maintain onboarding documentation and process maps
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience across all new clients and partners

Client Integration and Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during initial integration
  • Conduct thorough onboarding consultations to understand client needs and expectations
  • Guide clients through initial setup, platform understanding, and service utilization
  • Provide clear communication and support throughout the entire onboarding process
  • Technical and Operational Setup

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete client readiness
  • Manage technical integrations, including platform access and system configurations
  • Facilitate initial data migrations and system connections
  • Develop and maintain client onboarding checklists and tracking mechanisms
  • Relationship Management

  • Build strong initial relationships with new clients and partners
  • Identify and address potential challenges during the onboarding process
  • Conduct thorough follow-up and success check-ins
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization
  • Performance and Optimization

  • Track and analyze onboarding metrics and client satisfaction
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and performance data
  • Develop training materials and resources for new clients
  • Create reporting dashboards to monitor onboarding effectiveness
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years in onboarding, logistics coordination, or client success roles within e-commerce, fulfillment, or Amazon FBA services
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA prep, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, and multi-channel logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon’s fulfillment requirements, including labeling, compliance, and shipping processes
  • Proficiency with tools such as ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and inventory management software
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
