Florist/Designer

We are currently seeking an individual with customer service experience, preferably in the floral industry, or a strong passion for flowers.

Responsabilities :

The primary responsibilities include handling incoming orders via phone and entering them into our point-of-sale system, addressing inquiries about our products and website, processing web orders, assisting walk-in clients with selecting and assembling bouquets, as well as working with the flowers themselves.

Crucially, we are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively within a team and provide friendly service to our valued clientele.

Job Type / Category :

We are offering a permanent part-time position, requiring 18-24 hours per week, for a general florist role. The ability to work Saturdays is essential.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications :

• Bilingual proficiency
• Strong computer skills, particularly in data entry
• Sales experience and comfort with handling phone inquiries
• Preferably, some background in the floral industry

We are prepared to provide training related to flowers and floral arrangements. We are seeking individuals who are passionate and eager to work in our industry.
