We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the Forest Products Operations Group as a Yard Operations Lead Hand for our yard chipping operations for St. George Woodlands.
Qualifications :
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Meeting daily and weekly production requirements
- Daily management of a group of employees
- Identifying opportunities for productivity improvement
- Scheduling maintenance when required
