KeyResponsibilities :
Provide technical supportand leadership in responding to machine breakdowns preventativemaintenance and repairs.
Perform assigned preventativemaintenance tasks and report machine deficiencies irregularitiesand unsafe conditions.
Learn and understand theoperation of all equipment identify root causes of issues and readrelevant schematics and assembly drawings.
Monitorequipment and material problems report low parts inventory levelsand coordinate with contractors for major repairs orinstallations.
Conduct inspections to identify andresolve maintenance issues and keep accurate records of maintenanceactivities.
Change oils on machines and ensurecompliance with safety regulations.
MustHaveQualifications :
3 years of experience as aMaintenance Technician.
Experience with excursion andlaminating processes (blow film).
A valid Millwright orElectrician license (preferred but not required).
Reliable transportation (car or bus).
NicetoHave Skills :
Flexibility to worklonger hours when needed due to machine downtime.
Work Environment :
Enjoy a laidback atmosphere where management is actively engaged onthe floor.
Collaborative team dynamics; everyone getsalong!
Working in a factory setting with bay doors open;note that the environment may be hot (extra breaks provided duringextreme heat).
