The Senior Training Specialist will deliver in-person and remote training across multiple dispatch centres on the new Avaya / Komutel telephony system. This includes preparing and delivering hands-on, technical, and user-focused training to over 1000 Ambulance Communication Officers and stakeholders. The role demands the development of training strategies, documentation, and scheduling plans tailored to each dispatch center's operational context. It requires strong knowledge of telecom and dispatch systems, 911 technology, and paramedic dispatch workflows. Travel across the province is a core part of the role, ensuring local readiness for the implementation of critical next-generation telephony systems.
