TRAINING FACILITATOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE - (TORONTO)
This position reports to the Operations Coordinator, providing backup and support for day-to-day operations, along with the development / delivery of training material to brokerage staff.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Assist in the development and presentation of training material relevant to the operations of the brokerage (i.e. MVRs, Transaction Training, Workflows, etc.)
- Help with onboarding new employees at the direction of the manager
- Assist with insurance company audits, to help identify training opportunities
- Help with the EDI process, as may required
- Assist in testing integration and new workflows in preparation for training
- Any other projects that may be assigned, at the direction of the Operations Coordinator or SVP
Knowledge, skills, and requirements :
Must have a RIBO licence, active and in good standingPrior experience as a Customer Service Representative would be considered an assetExperience in EPIC and Applied Rating is requiredMust have own vehicle and be willing to travel to branch offices, as requiredShould have a working knowledge / understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointComputer competent with the ability to pick up new concepts quicklyExcellent time and project management skillsEffective and concise communicationProblem-solving with effective planning and organizational skillsMay be asked to participate in "Train the Trainer" courses, to enhance presentation skillsPrior experience delivering both in-person and virtual training is an assetPrior experience creating recorded / video content is an assetApply Directly!
