Overview : A well-established general contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the project management team, providing regular updates on project status, potential delays, or scope changes.
- Lead a dedicated project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with trades and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and resolve issues.
Skills and Experience :
- Construction Expertise : Proven experience managing ICI projects from initiation to completion.
- Leadership : Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing project teams.
- Communication : Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
- Experience : At least 7 years in a project management role within the construction industry.
- Education : Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
