The Front Desk staff is often the first person that a customer or member interacts with when entering our facility. The Front Desk staff play an extremely important role in the representation of our company as they are the point of contact for our day to day interactions with clients.

Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Making people's day on all fronts : Greeting customers, building client relationships, and assisting members with their questions in a friendly, conversational and professional manner.
- Check in members for classes and provide any assistance for them to participate in our fitness program.
- Perform membership related functions such as registration, contract / billing updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, etc.
- Assisting new clients through phone, email or in person and providing information about our fitness classes and provide tours of our facility.
- Perform office / administrative duties (Emails, phone calls, any communication portals).
- Sanitizing and ensuring cleanliness of fitness studio.
- Working closely with Studio Manager to assist with any duties required to maintain the operations of our studio.
