Position Description

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Showing vacant suites
• Answering prospective tenant inquiries by telephone and email
• Completing regular reporting on vacancy and metrics for management review
• Conducting open houses
• Addressing tenant issues
• Processing tenant application forms; completing background checks, etc.
• Supporting property management team with any other administrative tasks as required

Experience

In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:

• Strong computer skills a MUST.
• Ideally experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager /7s would be an asset
• 2+ years of experience as a leasing agent

Qualifications

• MUST be flexible with working hours and be available to work weekends if required
• Able to multi-task and work in fast a paced environment
• Have strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
• Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
