Ourclient is a boutique law firm working with clients in some of themost exciting industries. They specialize in law acrossIntellectual Property Corporate Law Franchising Law and Litigationin technology artificial intelligence software biotechnology andmore industries! They also work with companies big and small;

established and some of the hotteststartups!

Lead and run weekly operations meetings ensuring that all gears areturning smoothly

Collaborate closely with our Logistics Coordinator and our ClientExperienceCoordinator

Take charge of onboarding and offboarding processes preparing offerletters and coordinating performanceevaluations

Oversee the coordination of onboardingtraining

Work with our outsourced tech team ensuring effective IT supportthrough regular weekly touchpointcalls

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of compliancerelated documentsincluding insurance forms annual reports and law societymemberships

Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring costeffectiveand highquality servicedelivery

Requirements

Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and thoroughness inall tasks

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate andcollaborate effectively acrossteams

Experience in crossfunctional collaboration working with variousdepartments to achieve commongoals

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities capable ofjuggling multipleresponsibilities

Proven ability to wear multiple hats and contribute wherever neededto support the team ssuccess

2+ years of previous coordinator or customer success experience.Previous experience working in a B2B environment preferred.

Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptionalclient experiences. High level of business acumen andprofessionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset.Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly,demonstrating strong technology savvy.

Proven ability to challengethe norm and thrive in an innovative environment. Comfortableworking independently and in ambiguous situations.

Enjoys wearingmultiple hats and taking on various responsibilities. Possesses ago-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks andprojects.

Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail andmaintains a high level of organization in all tasks andresponsibilities.
