Job descriptionPerform monthly site evaluations within the Greater Toronto Area to verify compliance with safety, food quality, and health regulations. Collaborate with business owners to identify performance gaps and implement strategic action plans. Utilize data analytics to generate insightful reports for leadership regarding regional productivity and trends. Act as the primary liaison between local branches and head office to resolve urgent operational challenges. Mentor and coach franchise partners to help their teams exceed established service and financial targets. Maintain the high standards of the hospitality industry by auditing brand consistency and guest experience. Must possess 3–5 years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry, specifically in franchise or quality management. Hold a Certificate or diploma in hospitality management, restaurant operations, or a related field. Demonstrated technical proficiency using MYR, Cluster, Google Workspace, and ClickUp You must hold a valid driver’s license and have consistent access to a vehicle for travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area. An Operations Manager in this role must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously.

This full-time career opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000 – $100,000 plus a 10% bonus. Working in the Greater Toronto Area, you will ensure brand excellence through site visits, franchisee coaching, and data analysis while enjoying 100% employer-paid benefits and mileage reimbursement.
