Aboutthe Role :

As a Project Lead youwill play an integral role with a variety of clients at The Gardenworking closely with both the strategic and creative teams toexplore and uncover creative solutions to business challengesmanage the daytoday workflow and guide all projects towardsexecutional excellence no matter what shape the output maytake.

While reporting to a Business Lead you willbe responsible for making sure projects stay on plan and adjustingthat plan accordingly when the situation calls for it.

With ongoingdaytoday contact with key clients you will need to manage projectsin a variety of fastpaced settings all while staying wellversed intracking timelines and resources to ensure flawlessexecution.

Everyone at The Garden rolls up theirsleeves and loves to get their hands dirty so you will also beactively involved in the strategic and creative process providingsupport on both fronts from the project outset to finaldeliverables.

PrimaryResponsibilities :

• Creativeproblem solving & sourcing of partners to transform ideasinto actionable plans;
• Manage all phases ofproduction for brand development broadcast print digital&experiential projects;
• Create projectplans & manage scope schedule & financialsalongside theBusiness
• Lead;
• Providedaytoday updates to the Business Lead on the status of all managedprojects;
• Update internal status reports forweekly all agency review;
• Maintain daytodaycontact with clients to build strongpartnerships;
• Manage creative teams andrelationships with external vendors asneeded;
• Maintain quality assurance for allprojects;
• Fully understand all aspects of theclients businesses and their competitiveenvironments;
• Take an active role in building apositive work environment andculture.

RequiredSkills :

• 36 yearsprevious experience working in a client services or projectmanagement role;
• Superior organizational andtime management skills with a strong attention todetail;
• Welldeveloped interpersonal andcommunication skills;
• A natural problem solverproactive in identifying issues and opportunitiesand
• recommending actionablesolutions;
• Proven ability to gain clientconfidence and resolve questions / issues promptly and effectively;
• Creative thinker able to look beyond thetraditional and expected solutions to findunique
• opportunities to deliver the executionalrequirements;
• Collaborative and motivatinghelping to inspire the team to produce greatwork;
• Levelheaded; calm and composed underpressure focusing on achieving the endgoal;
• Ability to multitask and keep severalballs in the air without breaking a sweat;
• Agenuine interest in current trends brands and design and themarketing world ingeneral.
