The Wrapping coordinator we're looking for will have to show leadership towards the employees in his charge. He must closely monitor production to ensure that daily objectives are met.

Randstad Canada is looking for a bilingual Wrapping coordinator for a warehouse located in Côte de Liesse. This person will be present on the floor with the employees.

He will supervise his team, manage production and train new employees. Versatility is therefore a highly considerable quality.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 3pm to 11h30 pm

Salary : $23.25 / h + $2 / h (evening premium)

Note that this is a contract of around 13 weeks.

Qualifications

Skills expected of an excellent Wrapping coordinator :

• Warehouse or industrial experience
• Experience in personnel management
• English-French BILINGUAL MANDATORY
• Ability to spend shift standing or walking
• Ability to manage a work team
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
• Detail-oriented
• Manage priorities
• Able to handle pressure
