We're looking for an office clerk to support our administrative team in the day-to-day management of files and clerical tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of internal operations and communications within the organization.
Advantages
Competitive salary between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on experience
Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
On-site parking and easy access by public transit

Responsibilities
File and archive documents
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Enter and update data in internal systems
Prepare and check administrative documents
Provide general support to the team in various clerical tasks
Qualifications
Relevant experience in administrative support or as an office clerk
Good command of French and English
Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational skills, meticulousness and reliability
Team spirit and good communication skills
