Our client, a leading-edge independent generalist health clinic, is looking to hire an office Manager for their medical clinic in downtown Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth running of office, optimization of patient bookings and efficiency, bi weekly time reporting submission
  • Supervision of office administration and staff
  • Employee schedules
  • Coordinating reception, nurses and doctor communications and tasks, and filling in at reception as needed
  • Maintenance of office inventory and working with service providers
  • Ensuring that employees keep accurate records and comply with local laws and regulations
  • Budgets negotiations with suppliers

    • Qualifications

  • General medical background / knowledge (for example, nurse experience)
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Fluency in both French and English (both written and spoken). Trilingualism is an asset.
  • Organized, responsible, efficient, innovative, ability to multitask
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Proactive
  • Tactful, diplomatic, empathetic, and great communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, solid proven experience in Telus Medesync EMR required
