Responsibilities
- They will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and support or the IT projects.
- Collaborate with team members to understand operational challenges & support with tools and templates.
- Develop executive-facing dynamic dashboards for project status and exception reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or any scope updates or changes.
- Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
- University degree in technology or Computer Science.
- Experience in the fields of technology, Business, or Project Management.
- Interpersonal skills - good team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Business acumen

- Load Runner 3-5 years
- Performance Testing 3-5 years
