Responsibilities

  • They will be accountable for the day-to-day operations and support or the IT projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand operational challenges & support with tools and templates.
  • Develop executive-facing dynamic dashboards for project status and exception reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or any scope updates or changes.
  • Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • University degree in technology or Computer Science.
  • Experience in the fields of technology, Business, or Project Management.
  • Interpersonal skills - good team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Business acumen

OTHER

  • Load Runner 3-5 years
  • Performance Testing 3-5 years
