Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Credit Counsellor to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this impactful role, you’ll serve as a trusted financial advocate and educator—helping clients overcome debt, rebuild credit, and achieve lasting financial stability. If you’re passionate about personal finance and thrive in a client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do : Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals and families facing financial challenges.Develop personalized money management and budgeting plans to help clients take control of their finances.Guide clients toward sustainable solutions for debt relief and financial wellness.Use CRM and case management tools to track progress and ensure follow-through.Build trust and rapport with clients, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.Collaborate with creditors, community agencies, and business partners to advocate for clients and provide referrals.Contribute to team and agency goals while participating in financial education workshops and presentations.What You Bring : 3–5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Background in credit counselling, financial services, or the credit industry (an asset).Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Track record of consistently meeting performance targets.Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of personal finance.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a respectful and empathetic manner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Must be bondable.Apply today!
