Financial Analyst

Seeking a meticulous Financial Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting inventory and margin analysis, generating daily sales reports, and coordinating interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Analysis : Conduct in-depth assessments of inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock movement to optimize inventory management strategies.
• Margin Analysis : Analyze profit margins, cost structures, and pricing strategies to identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability.
• Daily Sales Report : Generate and analyze daily sales reports to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Follow-up on Interview Reconnoitring : Coordinate follow-up activities related to interview processes, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
• Utilization of Software Tools : Utilize Excel, Great Plains, and Dynamics 365 to perform financial analyses, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel : Demonstrated expertise in Excel including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Financial Analysis Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP Systems : Prior experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains or Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Summary

Schedule : Three days in the office - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
