Job Title : Project Coordinator
Location : Toronto, ON

Daily Responsibilities :
- Manage Portfolio Financials on a day-to-day basis including coordinating with all PMs on budgets, forecasts, actuals, etc
- Manage month end portfolio financial process & billing, including coordinating with vendors for detailed invoices, updating financials on plan view and MIS, updating actuals vs forecast
- Support all PMs with day-to-day project management activities including status reporting, JIRA management, project documentations, etc
Must Have skills :
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps particularly Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Academic background - graduation in STEM
Nice to have skills :
Agile / Scrum Certification, PMP Certification, JIRA knowledge
