Our client, a Montreal based real estate company is looking for a leasing representative to join their professional and dynamic team.
The job is permanent and the offices are located in Old Montreal.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Selection and contact with potential clients.
- Research and input of various data
- Presentation and negotiation of pricing and contractual conditions for the proposed spaces.
- Drafting and reviewing various rental documents
- Coordination of tenants and supervision of associated construction or development work.
- Maintain database and sales resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the occupancy process through regular networking and contact.
- Develop communication materials such as flyers, manage websites and social media
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :
- 2 years of commercial leasing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite
- Bilingual in French and English
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is required, as some travel is necessary.
- Previous work experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry, is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (an asset)
- Possession of a commercial real estate broker's license
- Knowledge of graphic design with software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
