  • Description du poste

Génère une croissance des revenus en utilisant une approche de vente consultative afin de fidéliser les clients actuels et futurs de Waste Management. Il est responsable de la gestion des relations commerciales pour atteindre les prévisions de ventes en élaborant et en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de développement solides, en utilisant des efforts de négociation importants pour maintenir les relations commerciales existantes et en obtenant des accords contractuels de la part de clients potentiels. Tous les cas d’escalade pour le service à la clientèle dans le territoire défini seront résolus par le titulaire de ce poste.

2. Les tâches et responsabilités essentielles sont les suivantes. Pour réussir dans cette fonction, une personne doit être en mesure d’accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. D’autres fonctions mineures peuvent lui être confiées.

  • Gérer des relations commerciales entre entreprises.
  • Élaborer des offres détaillées couvrant de multiples services.
  • Faire des recherches sur certains aspects commerciaux des services de gestion des déchets et de l’environnement.
  • Assister à des conférences / colloques comme façon de réseauter et de se tenir au courant des informations relatives à l'industrie et au marché.
  • Gérer les affectations.
  • Établir des relations de confiance.
  • Effectuer des communications à impact élevé.
  • Être responsable de la prospection et de la clôture pour atteindre les prévisions de ventes en élaborant et en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de vente solides qui assurent la croissance des revenus.
  • Gérer les clients potentiels en élaborant des plans de développement solides et en conservant les informations essentielles dans la base de données des clients- CRM.
  • Faire correspondre les services de Waste Management aux besoins des clients en démontrant une connaissance des besoins des clients, de la tarification et de la concurrence; communique efficacement les stratégies de tarification et de services; saisit de manière proactive d’autres occasions commerciales pour Waste Management, en effectuant des références en interne, suivant les besoins.
  • Utiliser efficacement les outils logiciels de productivité des ventes de Waste Management (c.-à-d., Base de données des clients et des clients potentiels, programme d’offres, outils de tarification, etc.).
  • Proposer des solutions conformes aux réglementations locales, provinciales et fédérales appropriées aux clients.
  • Obtention des ressources nécessaires.
  • Négociation pour les ventes.
  • Analyse des opportunités de ventes.

    Éducation et expérience

  • Éducation  : Baccalauréat ou 5 ans d’expérience en vente au lieu d'un baccalauréat, plus 3 ans en vente B2B et en prospection auprès des entreprises permettant d’obtenir avec succès des rendez-vous avec des clients

  • Techniques permettant d’identifier et de gérer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.

  • 4. Environnement de travail

    L’environnement normal de ce poste se trouve dans  : télétravail (principalement) et les bureaux de l’entreprise.

    La fourchette de salaire de base prévue pour ce poste au Canada est de 58 500$ - 75 000$. Cette fourchette représente une estimation de bonne foi pour ce poste. Le salaire particulier proposé à un candidat retenu peut être influencé par divers facteurs, notamment l’expérience pertinente du candidat, sa formation, ses certifications, ses qualifications et son lieu de travail.

    I. Job Summary

    Generates revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the retention of current Waste Management customers. Manages existing business relationships in order to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, and securing contract agreements from previously non-contracted customers. The Account Manager will save, secure, and convert by handling all customer cancellation requests, providing ongoing education of contract details to existing customers, and by obtaining customer contract commitments during face-to-face interactions. All escalations for customer service within the defined territory will be resolved through this position.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for prospecting and closing to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound selling strategies that ensure revenue growth by selling to new customers only.
  • Manage prospects by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key information in the prospect database.
  • Reduces lost major accounts by diffusing cancellation requests. Meets or exceeds sales call activity goals for proactive account retention.Increases revenue and profitability by executing sound plans on retention calls to improve the customers service and / or profitability.
  • Matches Waste Management services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing and competition; effectively communicates pricing and service strategies; proactively engages other Waste Management business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate.
  • Effectively use Waste Management sales productivity software tools (i.e. Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, etc.).
  • Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
  • Devising sales approaches and solutions.
  • Marshalling resources.
  • Sales negotiation.
  • Sales opportunity analysis.

    IV. Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    A. Education and Experience

    Education : Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4-years sales experience.

    Experience : 1 year work experience (in addition to education requirement) in direct business-to-business sales, and phone based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments

    The expected base pay range for this position across Canada is $58,500 - $75,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
