As a Brand Management and Local Marketing Advisor , you will be at the heart of implementing Belron Canada's local and retail marketing strategies.

This role is critical to the success of our brands in each province, as you will be responsible for building brand awareness, attracting customers to our service centers and providing them with a memorable brand experience across the country, while considering regional realities.

You'll oversee all local marketing activities , from the meticulous planning of advertising campaigns to the management of promotions, communications, and marketing materials in service centers. You'll also oversee the customer experience with our service center brands while collaborating with local teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.

Your missions :

In general, you will be expected to use your knowledge and skills to :

  • Recommend local marketing strategies to achieve the intended objectives, implement them, analyze, and present their results to the parties concerned.
  • Stay at the forefront of best practices in marketing, identify and implement the ideas that produce the most results for Belron Canada and measure their impacts.
  • Build strong relationships and coordinate communications between internal and external stakeholders including the entire Marketing department, Operations, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and apply effective solutions.
  • Respect the identity of our brands in all their variations.
  • Ensure budgetary control of its projects.

For your Local Marketing mandates, you will have to :

  • Recommend, develop, and manage local advertising campaigns adapted to regional realities, from the identification of Operations needs, through the brief, the media, the creation, the production, the deployment, up to the analysis and presentation results.
  • Ensure competitive monitoring of local competitors and execute new strategies to stand out.
  • In charge of corporate and franchise service centers, supporting and advising them on their local marketing needs, including advertising campaigns, sponsorships and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Your Brand Management mandates will mainly be oriented in service centers :

  • Develop a Marketing Execution Guideline for service centers, and implement it in all our centers, and also during openings, moves and renovations.
  • Recommend innovative and creative approaches to develop tools and a memorable brand experience, develop them and ensure their deployment, thus improving our key performance indicators.
  • Standardize marketing tools for a consistent brand experience across Canada.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with our brands and their consistency across all service centers.
  • Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing project management and / or brand management
  • Essential bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Excellent ability to analyze results and ability to draw conclusions and concrete actions to improve future projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to respect budgets and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple files at the same time, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to influence peers and synthesize and popularize ideas.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in addition to proven visual communication skills.
  • Comfortable making presentations to large groups.
  • Curiosity, innovative spirit and orientation towards solutions and results
  • Ability to see the big picture and focus on specific details.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Experience working in the retail market an asset.
  • Experience in advertising production an asset.
