Job Title : Senior Product Manager
Contract Duration : 6+ Months
Pay range : C$650 - 700 / Day
Position Type : Hybrid with 3 days onsite
Job Summary :
Are you a passionate product manager with a proven track record of delivering successful products? Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Own the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to product retirement.
- Define the product vision and ensure it aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and identify product gaps.
- Drive product growth and create buy-in for the product vision.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market.
- Drive product launches and manage promotional plans.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback.
Qualifications :
- 30% Product Management Experience :
- End-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Documentation and presentation of product roadmaps, requirements, backlog, functional descriptions, and user guides.
- Collaboration with implementation teams.
- Support for CRMs and Operations staff.
- 20% Platform Technologies Experience :
- Knowledge of Web Servers, Application Servers, and Tools (Ansible, Kubernetes / OpenShift Container Platform).
- Experience with Application hosting service models, pricing, licenses, and platform evergreening.
- 20% Integration Technologies Experience :
- Knowledge of Gateways, APIs, and Managed File Transfer systems.
- Knowledge of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
- 15% Project Management Experience :
- Development and management of medium to large project plans, including resource management, RAID management, and stakeholder management.
- 5% Public Service Experience (preferred).
- 10% Presentation / Communication Skills.
