Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Contract Duration : 6+ Months

Pay range : C$650 - 700 / Day

Position Type : Hybrid with 3 days onsite

Job Summary :

Are you a passionate product manager with a proven track record of delivering successful products? Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to product retirement.
  • Define the product vision and ensure it aligns with the company's overall strategy.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and identify product gaps.
  • Drive product growth and create buy-in for the product vision.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market.
  • Drive product launches and manage promotional plans.
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback.

Qualifications :

  • 30% Product Management Experience :

    • End-to-end product lifecycle management.

  • Documentation and presentation of product roadmaps, requirements, backlog, functional descriptions, and user guides.
  • Collaboration with implementation teams.
  • Support for CRMs and Operations staff.
  • 20% Platform Technologies Experience :

    • Knowledge of Web Servers, Application Servers, and Tools (Ansible, Kubernetes / OpenShift Container Platform).

  • Experience with Application hosting service models, pricing, licenses, and platform evergreening.
  • 20% Integration Technologies Experience :

    • Knowledge of Gateways, APIs, and Managed File Transfer systems.

  • Knowledge of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
  • 15% Project Management Experience :

    • Development and management of medium to large project plans, including resource management, RAID management, and stakeholder management.

  • 5% Public Service Experience (preferred).
  • 10% Presentation / Communication Skills.
