WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for someone who is eager to go above and beyond, helping our customers reach their goals by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services.
You will perform a wide variety of administrative support and office clerical functions, including :
- Answering the phone, taking customer orders, creating tickets, and updating the call log.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and the appropriate staff, to satisfy customer queries, complaints and requests for information and service.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, detailing the nature of customer service issues and complaints and trends in customer opinions.
- Providing customers with information regarding current and upcoming services and programs.
- Invoicing customers and applying customer payments on account.
- Coding supplier invoices for payment.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Ideally possesses 1-3 years customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills.
- Effective inter-personal communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive, professional manner under all conditions.
