We are actively seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our AI-driven products at Trader.

The ideal candidate will possess a knack for sifting through large datasets to identify opportunities that enhance our product offerings and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

This role demands effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with both technical team members and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a track record of leveraging machine learning to drive significant business outcomes and the ability to articulate complex findings to a business audience.

An enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in the field of AI is essential. What you’ll do :

  • Design and implement sophisticated machine learning models to elevate customer experiences across Trader's suite of products and services.
  • Conduct rigorous monitoring and maintenance of deployed Machine Learning models, ensuring their continued performance, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop and test novel ideas, models, and approaches, utilizing extensive datasets to optimize business performance.
  • Select and manage cloud resources effectively to automate and scale machine learning pipelines, ensuring efficient model training and deployment.
  • Establish and refine data processing methodologies to enhance data quality, making it more accessible and insightful for machine learning applications.
  • Oversee a robust data processing architecture capable of preparing a wide variety of data types for complex analytical modeling.
  • Work closely with Support Teams to identify and rectify customer-reported issues swiftly. What you’ll need :
  • Strong background in Azure or comparable cloud platforms, with a focus on machine learning model deployment and management.
  • 4-8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • A scientific mindset characterized by curiosity and a commitment to uncovering data-driven insights.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • A university degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Expert-level skills in Python and SQL for handling production-grade code.
  • Extensive experience in developing, training, and maintaining ML models.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of analytical tools and machine learning techniques.
  • Solid track record in data preparation, cleaning, and wrangling to support machine learning efforts.
  • Expertise in working with both structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
  • Passion about exploring and developing Gen AI applications.
  • Initiative and the capacity to function autonomously within cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively to meet the organization's goals. Bonus Points :
  • Prior experience in the automotive services industry is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive experience managing machine learning projects from the initial phase through to deployment and post-deployment monitoring.
