Responsibilities :
- Resetting and guiding customers through escape rooms
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Cashiering
- Monitoring Games
- Store operational tasks
Qualifications :
- Ability to maintain a passionate, energetic, outgoing and positive attitude.
- Fluent English is a must. Bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Able to cope with the special store operation hours due to the nature of the business.
- Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude.
- Prior customer service experience is not mandatory.
