Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Evaluate guest ecommerce orders for fraud. Analyze and communicate fraud patterns to ensure comprehensive resolution
  • Identify, investigate, communicate post-purchase fraud risks and trends across channels to ensure comprehensive resolution
  • Support internal partners with fraud risk-related concerns
  • Support adhoc investigation within Omni Risk and the broader Asset Protection function as needed
  • Will primarily support North America but maintain flexibility to support our International markets as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualification

  • 2+yrs retail background. Experience with systems (COM / CSC, Dynamics, Givex, etc.) and processes a plus
  • Knowledge of fraud management applications, processes and concepts preferred
  • Works effectively across different teams and time zones
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external partners as well management with a focus on driving solutions
  • Flexibility to support as / where needed
