As a Fraud Analyst with our client, you’ll receive :

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Evaluate guest ecommerce orders for fraud. Analyze and communicate fraud patterns to ensure comprehensive resolution

Identify, investigate, communicate post-purchase fraud risks and trends across channels to ensure comprehensive resolution

Support internal partners with fraud risk-related concerns

Support adhoc investigation within Omni Risk and the broader Asset Protection function as needed

Will primarily support North America but maintain flexibility to support our International markets as needed

Qualifications

Qualification

2+yrs retail background. Experience with systems (COM / CSC, Dynamics, Givex, etc.) and processes a plus

Knowledge of fraud management applications, processes and concepts preferred

Works effectively across different teams and time zones

Communicates effectively with internal and external partners as well management with a focus on driving solutions

Flexibility to support as / where needed
