As a Ride instructor, you'll lead immersive, music-driven classes that combine intentional programming, expert coaching, and authentic connection. Every ride is an opportunity to help guests build confidence, discover what they're capable of, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived.

We're looking for instructors who care deeply about their craft and are excited to continue developing it. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values excellence, feedback, creativity, and continuous growth.

• You have taught or instructed groups in the past and thrive on connecting with a room
• You bring energy, drive and a commitment to continuous growth as an industry-leading instructor
• You are confident in your ability to receive feedback, remain coachable, and adapt to new challenges
