Job description
Ready to level up your manufacturing career? We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team, shaping and cutting precision metal components at our facility.

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00/hour + shift premiums

Shift: Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 1:30 PM – 2:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Training: Completed on weekdays. Choose either Mornings (Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) or Afternoons (Mon–Thu, 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM).

Commute: Must have your own reliable vehicle (not transit-accessible).

What You’ll Do
Run press brakes and shear machinery to cut and form metal parts.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure every part meets exact dimensions.

Quality-check finished pieces to maintain high production standards.

Keep your station organized and strictly follow all plant safety rules.

What You Bring
Hands-on experience operating press brakes or shear equipment.

Strong blueprint reading skills and precision with measuring tools.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

A dependable, safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities
Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.

Qualifications
Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
