Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking Business Analyst to lead and support automation initiatives, the introduction of AI-enabled tools, and the streamlining of business processes in global finance team. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the global finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
• Lead requirements gathering for automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process designs
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions within finance processes
• Work directly with finance users to embed AI into daily tasks. Train finance teams on how to effectively use AI tools in real work scenarios
• Translate business requirements into working prototypes and solutions.
• Partner with IT to integrate AI tools with ERP systems (e.g., data extraction, reporting automation)
• Test, refine, and scale AI-driven solutions across global teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Automation Analyst
• Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies
• Exposure to automation platforms, AI tools, or low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., RPA, ML-based tools)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and requirements documentation

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annually. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role. Base salary is one facet of Amphenol's total rewards package which includes participation in our comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, short/long term disability, and membership in our Defined Contribution Pension Plan.
