Job description
Keep our supply chain moving in an active, fast-paced warehouse environment. As a key player on the floor, you’ll drive material handling equipment to seamlessly transport inventory across all stages of production. From executing 100% accurate inbound and outbound shipments to managing inventory control and daily safety checks, your precision will drive our daily success.

Who You Are

Certified Professional: Hold an active, valid Forklift Certification.

Equipped Specialist: Demonstrate hands-on experience operating standard warehouse equipment (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Walkie Rider, or Order Picker).


Dependable & Ready: Have reliable transportation to ensure consistent punctuality at the work location.

Availability: can start right away no notice period


Your Impact
Orchestrate inventory movement: Transport raw materials, work-in-progress goods, and finished products seamlessly across active production and storage areas.

Master equipment operation: Operate material handling machinery safely and efficiently through dynamic warehouse spaces.

Drive logistics precision: Load, unload, stage, and rigorously verify inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy.

Champion operational safety: Conduct routine pre-shift equipment safety checks and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace.

Execute warehouse tasks: Support staging, inventory control, and general logistics workflows wherever needed to keep operations fluid.



Advantages

Responsibilities
Skills: Strong basic math skills for verifying shipments, counting inventory, and checking freight labels.

Comfort Level: High comfort level operating heavy machinery in a busy, active warehouse environment.

Attributes: Dependable team player with good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications
Forklift Experienced: Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts in an active distribution or warehouse environment.

Fully Licensed: Hold a valid forklift certification covering Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB), and Walkies.

Physically Capable & Reliable: Demonstrate strong attendance habits and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout your shift.

Strong Communicator: Express ideas clearly and work effectively alongside teammates in a high-tempo setting.

Commute-Ready Driver: Possess reliable personal transportation (a car) to guarantee consistent attendance, as many of our facility sites are not serviced by public transit.
