PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for a New Grad – Traffic Team Supervisor with immediate availability, as well those available spring 2026.
This position requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon & evening shifts
The role : The Traffic Team Supervisor takes part in setting the agenda and executing the strategy of the Business Unit and holds responsibility for all site Traffic operations for their assigned team. The Traffic Supervisor will also enable their teams to achieve the Business Unit expectations in our People, Quality, Service and Cost Key Performance Measures. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders on all different kinds of shifts in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Traffic, Maintenance, and Sanitation Supervisors as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support
- Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
- Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues
- Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets
- Lead daily performance meetings
- Make daily decisions impacting the business
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
