Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadership capabilities and handson expertise in key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 testers while actively participating in handson testing activities. This role involves ensuring endtoend quality of applications across the entire portfolio .
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the quality of the entire application development lifecycle from planning through delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
- Plan manage and lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies including test plans and scenarios.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategies align with project objectives.
- Establish proactive monitoring processes and create application health dashboards while maintaining focus on detailed execution.
- Provide actionable insights on testing and user stories during the development phase to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and team productivity.
- Lead mentor and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
