Required Experience:

• Ability to define, author, and drive test automation strategies using best-in-class platforms and frameworks to reduce feedback loops and improve quality reporting and governance.

• Proven experience with CI/CD processes and implementing quality controls throughout the SDLC with a strong shift-left approach.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in API Automation.

• Ability to understand customer needs and align testing strategies with business objectives and customer expectations.

• Strong focus on extending quality engineering beyond functional testing into non-functional testing disciplines.

• Ability to ensure solution quality across scalability, performance, security, compliance, reliability, and operational readiness dimensions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and implement QA Architectural Artifacts.

• Design and maintain testing systems, feedback loops, logging mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and interconnectivity across platforms.

• Develop process artifacts that define how, where, and why quality controls and testing mechanisms exist throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Contribute to and maintain organization-wide Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

• Support the delivery and maintenance of QA Engineering Policies, Procedures, and Standards.

• Support QA operational excellence initiatives.

• Drive eCommerce and organization-wide quality automation projects.

• Govern, train, and evangelize effective testing practices across all testing levels.

• Drive best-in-class QA strategies and quality engineering practices.

• Collaborate across disciplines and work with Principal Engineers to advocate for Quality Automation best practices.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, training programs, and mentoring initiatives across the engineering organization.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that create exceptional customer experiences.

Extensive and applied knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks, including:
