    Faisant partie de l’équipe A220 Value Stream Industrial, le titulaire du poste sera reconnue comme la référence en matière d’architecture industrielle. Il sera appelé à gérer plusieurs projets / initiatives visant à :

    • assurer une industrialisation réussie de changements majeurs grâce à un leadership et une coordination solide,
    • assurer l'alignement entre les fonctions industrielles d'Airbus et les fournisseurs (Buy+)
    • gérer les revues industrielles
    • analyser et optimiser le système Industriels dans la chaîne de valeur afin d'éliminer les perturbations et les coûts liés à la non-qualité.
    • fournir une expertise industrielle dans les équipes multi-fonctionnelles (MFT), incluant la participation aux appels d'offres (CFT) applicable à l'introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI), au transfert d’activités (ToW) et au double source
    • effectuer les résolutions de problèmes, analyse des causes racines et mise en place des mesures correctives
    • apporter un accompagnement et une expertise en conception et modélisation de systèmes industriels et performances associées.
    • effectuer les analyses de tolérances lorsque requis pour supporter les résolutions de problème
    • contribuer à la phase d'industrialisation, depuis la préparation d'une nouvelle installation industrielle jusqu'à la production en série d'un produit (fabrication d'une pièce, d'un équipement, d'un composant).
    • piloter les projets d'amélioration des processus, de diffusion de la technologie et d'innovation industrielle relatif aux changements industriels
    • Votre profil : *
    • Baccalauréat en Ingénierie ou équivalent
    • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'industrie / de la fabrication dont un minimum de 5 ans en développement de produit
    • Bonne capacité de coordination et d'influence
    • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication
    • Expérience en gestion de projet et / ou en gestion de programme
    • Capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe internationale
    • Anglais et français au niveau fonctionnel
    • Autonomie

    Being part of A220 Value Stream Industrial organization, the jobholder will be the reference in Industrial System Architecture and will support many initiatives :

    • to ensure successful industrialisation of major changes through strong leadership and coordination
    • to ensure alignment between Industrial Airbus functions and Supplier industrial functions.
    • to manage Industrial Review relative to the major changes
    • to analyze and optimize Manufacturing systems in the Value Chain to eliminate disruption and cost of non-quality packages.
    • to provide industrial expertise in multi-functional teams (MFTs) including participation in call For Tender (CFT) applicable to NPI (New Product introduction), ToW (Transfer of work) and Dual Source
    • to perform Problem Solving analyses, root cause analyses and corrective actions
    • to perform tolerancing stack-up analyses when require to support problem solving analyses
    • to contribute to the industrialization phase, commencing from the preparation of a new industrial set up to enable the series production of product (manufacture part, equipment, component).
    • to pilot process improvement projects, technology dissemination and industrial innovation technology initiatives related to the new product.
    • Your boarding pass : *
    • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • More than 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial / manufacturing field with at least 5 years in product development
    • Good coordination & influencing skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in Project Management and or Program Management
    • Ability to work within an international team
    • English and French at functional level
    • Autonomy
