Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced mid‑size to enterprise environment, including : Microsoft 365 core services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive Advanced PowerShell skills for automating tasks, generating reports, and managing configurations across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Extensive experience managing hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra Connect, conditional access, and identity lifecycle management Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview, including the creation of retention and sensitivity labels, policy configuration, and compliance reporting to support data governance and regulatory requirements Deep understanding of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Cloud Apps, including configuration of custom threat protection policies for high‑risk users, real‑time session control, and app discovery to identify and manage shadow IT Proven experience enabling secure external collaboration using Entra ID External Identities (B2B), including guest access governance, cross‑tenant access settings, and integration with Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Microsoft Certified : Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate Experience with Microsoft Graph API for advanced automation and integration Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (PCI DS, OSFI, etc.) Experience with implementing Privilege Access Management solutions
