Job description
As part of the management team , the Team Leader at Dollarama supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the daily retail operations . This role is essential in maintaining a productive, organized, and safe store environment. In the absence of senior management, the Team Leader acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD) .
This position also involves overseeing opening / closing procedures , assigning tasks to employees, and assisting with inventory and staff training . If you’re aiming to grow within a fast-paced Canadian company, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
About the role : Team Leader
The Team Leader takes on a leadership role during their shifts, helping ensure that operations run smoothly and employees stay on track. They are responsible for following all company procedures, especially during opening and closing, and guiding new team members through training.
Dollarama is a growing Canadian retail chain, and the Team Leader plays a critical part in its success. This position requires good communication, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
