Here is what a typical day looks like
- Processing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure
- Continuously researching and reviewing industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to
- Completing performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
- Developing self through industry involvement, training and other courses
- Adhering to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence.
- Assisting other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required
- Managing and auditing team of advisors for optimal Care Centre performance
- Performing observational based coaching with staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Care Centre
- Developing reports through industry involvement, training, and other courses
The value you bring
- General Insurance Level 2 License required.
- History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment.
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours : Full Time - 37.5 hours / week
Location : Remote / In Office
Term : Full time contract role for a period of 12 months
