This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing three functional leaders — Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems — each with their own teams.

The Director of Operations is responsible for end-to-end corporate project oversight, driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Empower leaders and teams by sharing “the why” behind initiatives, aligning departmental objectives with corporate strategy.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Participate in recruitment and onboarding of operational leadership roles.

Lead and participate in cross-departmental meetings, including leadership, project, and strategy sessions.

Partner with all departments to define project scope, set milestones, assign resources, and monitor progress.

Identify and manage project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, escalating as needed to the CEO or leadership team.

Oversee project implementation across the company.

Track project KPIs, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure successful completion and post-project evaluation.

Drive process improvement and standardization across projects to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality of execution.

Drive the development of corporate strategy and establish a comprehensive project portfolio aligned to business objectives, ensuring prioritization of initiatives that deliver the greatest strategic value and operational impact Operations & Process Optimization Oversee end-to-end operational strategy for Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems functions.

Ensure accurate inventory forecasting, timely order fulfillment, and multi-location distribution.

Develop and implement corporate processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Monitor KPIs across operations, including units per hour, order fulfillment metrics, project milestones, and UAT success.

Oversee facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained operational environment Systems & Technology Oversee ERP, WMS, and other business system implementations, integrations, and testing.

Ensure IT and Development initiatives are delivered successfully, aligned with business needs, and optimized for operational efficiency.

Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and digital solutions.

Other Undertake related duties as assigned to achieve department objectives and company goals Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; PMP designation is a plus.

  • 10+ years in business operations, logistics, ERP/business applications, or related fields.
