What will you be doing?
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Support the Client Services team in driving initiatives and achieving objectives.
- Prioritize a "families first" mentality within the organization, putting clients' needs and satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.
- Manage and enhance new enrollment programs to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide excellent pre-enrollment customer service management to address inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Expedite and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high family satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to measure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Identify internal practices that could benefit from improved sales processes, materials, and training to enhance overall performance.
