Job Summary : This role will report to the Director Digital / IT working directly with the IT Specialist / Service Delivery Manager to provide support to the overall function of the Tims Camps IT department. This role will focus on hardware configuration and the documentation of current IT practices.

Location : This position will be based out of our Home Office location in St. George Ontario and requires 5 days per week in office.

Employment Type : This is a full-time contract position with an anticipated start date of May 2026 and ending in August 2026.

Posting Type : This role is being posted due to a vacancy within the IT department. The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure all new and existing hardware as per Tims Camps guidelines.
• Support in the documentation of IT related procedures practices and processes.
• Review audit and update active directory / Entra ID and ensure all active users have the appropriate level of access as per Tims Camps guidelines.
• Support with the onboarding and offboarding of Staff with their IT equipment and access needs.
• Support with phone system troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance / management.
• Update and maintain computer equipment inventory and associated Staff assignment.
• Review audit and update existing IT policies.
• Review audit and update current internal IT documentation. Identify systems processes and procedures that are not currently documented. Draft documentation for review and approval.
• Liaise between 3rd party support provider and IT department.
